Unified Title Company LLC and Unified Title Company of Northern Colorado, LLC are twin subsidiaries of ET Investments, LLC, an investment firm based in Colorado and committed to supporting locally owned and operated agencies around the country.

Though legally distinct, the two subsidiaries comprise a single family. They share a common mission, vision and values. Both are full-service providers of title insurance, escrow and related products for residential and commercial real estate transactions across Colorado.

Both companies are led by Brian Cooper, who is the owner and president. Brian is based in Colorado Springs and is ably assisted by Michael Oakes. Mike operates out of Greeley and serves as vice-president of Unified Title Company of Northern Colorado.

Underwriting is done by seasoned title officers working in Colorado – not by a faceless “title production facility” located half-way around the world. A smart and accessible staff, familiar with local land issues, helps to ensure that your transaction proceeds smoothly from contract to closing. Local underwriting is part of our larger commitment to the local economy. We are a proactive, community-minded business; and that is evident in many of our decisions – both business and extracurricular.

Continuing education opportunities abound in the Colorado communities we serve. Unified University, located in Colorado Springs, offers a diverse menu of classroom instruction throughout the year – from title 101 to advanced short sales; from business development to any of the many lender or Realtor required courses; from federal regulatory updates to technology trends. And many of the same classes we offer through the University are available in and around our other front range offices.
