FORMS

The forms on this website are available in both ".doc" (Microsoft Word 2003) and ".pdf" (Adobe) formats. For your convenience, Word forms are protected to facilitate completion of the fill-in fields. Users need only select the Tab or Shift-Tab keys to navigate forward or backward through the fields.

For some fields, users will be prompted to enter data into pop-up (dialog) boxes. For the other fields, there are no data prompts. If you are unsure about the required input for a given field, use the HELP (F1) key to view a brief explanation.

Completed forms should be printed on 8.5 x 14 (LEGAL SIZED) paper. Users may download forms to their own workstation.

The fixed content of the various forms is approved for use in transactions involving Colorado properties, provided such transactions are insured by Unified Title Company. Unified Title Company makes no warranties or representations regarding the use of forms for any other purpose.

Users are wholly responsible for completion of the differentiated additions to forms, such as names and legal descriptions. In general and as applicable, information added to the various blank fields should match exactly with information already in the public records. Executing and recording a form with incorrect or incomplete information may result in the form being ineffective for its intended purpose.
