Unified Title Company LLC and Unified Title Company of Northern Colorado, LLC are twin subsidiaries of ET Investments, LLC, an investment firm based in Colorado and committed to supporting locally owned and operated agencies around the country. Though legally distinct, the two subsidiaries comprise a single family. They share a common mission, vision and values. Both are full-service providers of title insurance, escrow and related products for residential and commercial real estate transactions across Colorado.

Both companies are led by Brian Cooper, who is the owner and president. Brian is based out of Colorado Springs and is ably assisted by Robin Nash and Michael Oakes. Robin, operating out of Fort Collins, serves as executive vice-president for Unified Title Company of Northern Colorado and Mike, operating out of Greeley, serves as vice-president.

Both companies are title insurance agents for two underwriters – Stewart Title Guaranty Company and Westcor Land Title Insurance Company. Stewart is a national underwriter rated A'' (Double Prime) by Demotech. Westcor is a regional underwriter and has a Demotech rating of A' (Prime) Unsurpassed, which is the highest rating available for a regional underwriter and one of the highest for any underwriter.
